Known as the Voiland House, this home was designed by local modernist architect Charles "Chuck" Sink in 1963. It is recognized as one of Denver's best examples of Second Phase International Style - with contemporary influences of Phillip Johnson, Rudolph Schindler, Richard Neutra, and Charles Eames.
